I have been a Mazda customer for over 12 years. I love the product - it is very reliable, attractive and affordable. What keeps me returning is the service. The service staff always greet me with a smile. Travis was extremely professional in explaining the service my car needed. He called when he had a question about my car and was very accommodating with my work schedule. Travis arranged shuttle transportation - Vern drove me to and from my office. I could not be more satisfied with Kings Mazda. Thank you to Pat G., Travis, Vern and the entire Service team @ Mazda!

I wish I could give higher than a 5. Everyone I worked with was amazing. They were polite, professional and attentive. Overall the customer service was impeccable. I use to work with/go through another dealer for things like this and I always walked away feeling like I was asking too much of them and that they thought I didn't know what I was talking about/doing. I felt welcomed at King's Mazda and will be coming back for any future needs. Thank you so much for being such an amazing team from the person who opened the door at the show room and politely told me how to get to the service center through to the gentleman who took my loaner car back and called me because I had left my garage door opener in the vehicle. I worked mostly with Pat and he was phenomenal. I could tell he was really there to help me in any way he could. Again thank you all.
