Came to the Body Shop after an accident. They handled almost everything for me and made the transition from dropping my car off to getting the rental, and then back to my car incredibly smooth. Nick went through everything clearly and made sure I knew how the process would go. He kept in communication with me and my car was done a day earlier than expected. I never felt pressured into spending more money or talked down to (which has happened at other {non-Klaben} repair shops). The paint job is near flawless. Overall a very wonderful experience despite having a damaged car.
