Let me qualify this review by first saying that this Kroger is my primary grocer. It gets one star more than the minimum because they have a phenomenal amount of available food items. However their service and speed is so poor that I can only give it two stars. The reason is, almost everyone there seems so poorly trained and many times I've been there they are short staffed. I've given up asking anyone for help and I can always rightly expect I disproportionately long wait time to check out. It's frustrating. However, I hope they turn it around and start training staff better; it's a clean, convenient place with a wonderful selection.
Updated 02/03/18: Unfortunately, this Kroger remains poorly managed. Frequently only 2 or 3 lanes are open with only a small number of "Self-Checkouts" available which causes massive line waits. Problems also remain with the staff training. Most of the work force is underage as well which results in long waits as one person has to attend to all registers through which alcohol is being bought.
