Kroger Bakery

I've been a loyal customer for nearly a year placing exacr same order for donuts and bagels for work every other Friday, and they manage to mess it up sometimes or refuse to take my order if not exactly 24 hrs notice. How hard is it for a bakery to make a dozen donuts? Pass, I'll shop at Krispy Kreme for all my business related parties and meetings.
