The Landings at Beckett Ridge

The prices are expensive and they fine you for other people not picking up after their dog. Also they never repair anything. I've lived here for a year and a half and they haven't fixed anything they say they will. A lot of people in our building move out due to most of these issues. Update 12/20/ 17 We have asked multiple times for things to be fixed; for example, we asked you guys as soon as we moved in to fix a column on the patio, remove the oil stain on the patio, fix the drier vent that vents right into the ceiling (huge fire hazard), repair a leak in the utility room (not partly repaint the ceiling), repair toilets (constantly running) , and leaky sinks. We have received minimal maintenance support. We just gave up, and already moved out.
