My first appointment with Karen was really really good. I've had a run of bad experiences and was nervous, to say the least, about a new person cutting my hair. I had waited for 18 months. Karen said "let's talk about what you want from your hair". She was very pleasant and actually listened. She had good suggestions and took her time cutting my hair. I have extremely straight hair and wanted alot of tapering with layers. With extremely straight hair you can see every mistake, and there were none. My cut is what I wanted, and a precise cut as well. And......reasonably priced. What more could you want. I will definately be back.
