HORRIBLE Flooring SERVICE!! I purchased Kitchen flooring and it was measured without consideration of my appliances and they do not fit back into place. Lowes basically told me too bad! REALLY, and then said have a good day. My carpet that was suppose to be in by Feb. 6 came damaged and as of Feb. 26th - Lowes has yet to call me to reinstall. I will just go and get my money back at this point. A cash paying customer - Shame on you LOWES!! Oh, management team is sorry never a callback or concern!
