M & M True Value Hardware

I've always preferred M&M over a big box store because the staff is so knowledgeable and willing to assist you. My recent experience blew me away though. A few months ago, I set my sights on a new traeger pellet cooker, The timberline 1300! They are a Trager dealer but weren't a platinum dealer, so they didn't have the grill. I spoke with Annie the manager about it and she said she would try to get something going. Long story short, Annie calls me multiple times over the course of 5 or 6 weeks to update me on the progress and just the other day called me to let me know it was in! I showed up today and they had one put together and ready for me to take home. Nothing says customer service like that! They've certainly won me over as a lifetime customer!
