This has been our go-to place for local Chinese take-out for the last 6+ years. Overall, food quality seems better than most. The spring rolls are always fresh and crispy - one of my benchmarks for decent Chinese. Have not used the delivery service but orders have always been accurate and ready in the 10-15 mins it takes for me to get there.
