As we walked into the Highland Heights location the store manager Arnetta greeted us. Arnetta was quick to learn of our wants and needs in a bed and had us try a few beds out. As we discussed our budget Arnetta was open to work out a package deal with us that included a queen size bed, mattress cover, box spring, frame and delivery for one incredible deal. Delivery was two days after we purchased the mattress and set up only took a few minutes as the delivery men arrived. I would highly recommend visiting this store location and ask to work with Arnetta. She was a good listener, not pushy and won't disappoint.
