McDonald's

Decided to use the McDonald’s App. Followed the steps, was given a code for the cashier to enter upon my arrival. Figured things would be simple and fast. Not at all!! Although I was asked to place a credit card on file it had not been charged (defeated the purpose). Even with a code, there weren’t any records of my order or attempt to place one. After entering the code several times I decided to say forget it. The cashier then tells me their iPods weren’t connected and that could be the problem. Huh! The land of free WiFi!! Besides what exactly would that have to do with the stores system in general? You guys do know you offer an app feature that is suppose to be hassle free. Using the app is useless. If I order on an app and I use my debit card why do I still need to go show a code then wait for it to be made. If your in a rush do not waste your time. Your better off doing things the old fashion way or ordering somewhere else in advance that will have your stuff ready to go when you get there.
