When it comes to brick-and-mortar computer stores, there's really no contest. The sales people are paid commission, so they usually try to be knowledgeable about the products. Still, I've never had any be pushy before. If one helps you out, though, make sure they get to put their little sticker on there to get the credit. They aren't always the cheapest source for things, but are at least competitive with online retailers. Also, they have some pretty great sale prices on things; though, sometimes prices aren't always correctly marked, so it helps to check their website to get the latest price on an item. Speaking of which, they have a good, straight forward website with accurate inventory info for your local store. They also let you buy something online and pick it up in-store, which I have found to be very convenient for saving time.
