Bill was prompt and very professional in his service, it was raining and a bit muddy out so he brought a second pair of shoes to wear when inside the house. He went over every visible detail during the inspection and was very tolerant of my torrent of questions during the process. This is my first time buying a home so I was extremely nervous going into the inspection. I came out of it confident in what to expect with the property and well on my way to developing a game plan to prioritize the items of attention.

Bill was great! He answered any questions I had and explained everything he was looking at as we went through the house so I had a good understanding of what he was talking about and didn't have to just read it in the report. I would definitely recommend to friends and family looking to buy a house!
