Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland

Well that was awful, I honestly can't even tell you how much this may help since the person answering the phones was off her bloody rocker. Her first comment "FIRST OFF... WHAT ARE YOU CALLING FOR?!?!?", I inform her I am helping someone else and am looking for information. Her next comment "Ya, well they need to be helping themselves". Okay... I get that but they they are at work. "Well that don't matter" she informs me and says I need to go to the website. I let her know that I am having issues with the website not working on my end and am getting a privacy notification. "Ya, well you're the only one, the problem is YOURS not ours. Geese!!!". It was at that point I realized that I was all done. I have enough of that attitude from my toddlers, I really don't need it from grown adults unhappy with their jobs. Ugh...
