New System Bakery

I grew up eating this bakery, and I remember it as far back as I can remember. Coming home from school to a Devils Food Pie was such a treat. Since the change of location and staff, the quality has declined in a disappointing way. My parents, especially my dad, loved this bakery. They couldn't go to Chillicothe without going to New Systems. The cupcakes are now dense and taste stale. I'm not sure but they taste like they're frozen then dethawed. I know the recipes are supposedly the same, but the quality in our opinion has declined and the prices have exceeded the lack of quality. Very dissapointed we lost our favorite bakery.
