I received excellent, efficient service from Jen Axe at the NTB in Brook Park,OH! I went in to get new windshield wipers with the hope that it would be a fairly quick stop -- and it was!! Jen was knowledgeable and super quick at installing the new wipers which are GREAT! She even gave me a "hack" for clearing ice off my windshield in the winter!! I've been to this NTB a few other times in the past for other car needs and have always been treated well.
