I prefer O'Reilly's over AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts because of better customer service, lower prices, and better quality in parts. O'Reilly Auto Parts is my go to parts store, which works out because they offer price matching, so I don't have to go to any other parts store and get burned with poor customer service or running the risk of getting the wrong part.
