I used to go to Panera quite a bit but stopped because the prices were getting a bit out of hand. In need for a good salad one evening, I stopped into Panera thinking I'd get a simple salad. I saw a new selection called Southwest Chile Lime Ranch and I was sold. The salad was a good size (full--not side), and was loaded with pickled onions, corn, tomatoes, quinoa and a big piece of avocado. Add the tangy--with a kick--dressing and it's a home run. Flavorful, filling with tender, juicy pulled chicken--it was just what I needed after a long day: satisfying but didn't leave me feeling heavy. It's priced ~$10+ which seems a bit steep for Panera but it's worth a try.
