Panera Bread

There needs to be communication between the staff taking orders and the staff preparing the food. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on ciabatta. My husband paid and went to the other counter to wait for our order. They told him after his sandwich was completed to tell him that they didn’t have any ciabatta. This should have been addressed when he first ordered. All I wanted on my birthday was a ciabatta sandwich for breakfast. Thanks.
