Papa John's Pizza

Received someone else’s order, which normally wouldn’t be a big deal since I would be able to straighten it out but no, I tried calling and was on hold for over 35 minutes before giving up. Papa johns seems to either be hit or miss, in regards to quality and customer service

The pizza never showed up. After 2 and half hours the manager said he didn't know where the driver was and had no way to get in touch with him. He said it would take another 2 hours to get another one to us. His only solution was to refund our money.
