Terrible service. Went to pick up the truck, they didn't have the equipment I paid for. They said my truck was "matienced" before I left. I drove 30 mins away and I had a flat tire already. Called the Penske matience man, nobody showed until after 9pm, and even he said this truck should of never been approved to let a customer take. I had 6 tires low on air, one tire that needed totally replaced, and a second tire that barely had any tread left that he couldn't repair before we left for our trip. After all this chaos, we get to driving into the mountains and our truck starts messing up. Then we're told we "'might" get a little of our money compensated... two days of nothing but issues & $800 dollars in the toilet for a garbage truck. First and the last time I'll ever use this service.
