Dr. Mark is a wonderful man and the staff is wonderful as well. Docter Mark helps as he can and will. He is only one man he is human like the rest of us.

I stayed at this office purely because of Doctor Melissa. Once she left, I have no reason to stick around. I tried because it's near our house and the location was convenient. It's impossible to get in to see the doctor. Even for a sick visit. Even when my appointment is the first of the day, they're still over 20 minutes getting me back to the exam room. The wait time is terrible. A simple appointment shouldn't take hours.
