The service techs are OK - i had one really good one but he did himself a favor and got himself a real job. The office staff is a joke. I have been emailing them for 3 weeks trying to get some information out of them and i have not even received an email back letting me know they received my email or they are working on my request or anything. Hard to have a successful company when the office staff is nowhere near as professional as the techs that actually do the jobs.
My wife and I purchased our first Maytag clothes washer in September 2017. In March 2018 my wife noticed an odor that reminded her of melting plastic.
