PNC Bank

This branch has very poor customer service. The rules of PNC bank are rigidly applied there. My daughter was applying for a job a needed the background check notarized. I have an account with PNC, but my daughter does not. They told me that the would not notarize the document unless she opened an account. I went to another bank and they didn’t even ask if I had an account. I’m taking my business elsewhere. PNC lost an 8 year account because their rules are so inflexible.
