Horrible to deal with. Didn't let me know the title wasn't clear until two days before closing. That should have been taken care of at least two weeks in advance. Having to deal with that last minute cost me lost wages. Got closing documents AT the closing. They didn't want me to take the time to review them. Found mistakes that shorted me money. Unresponsive to phone calls and they didn't file the proper documentation with the IRS costing me an additional $125 in accounting fees.
