Everyone there was very nice so I feel bad giving this review, but I hope to save someone else from the same experience. There is only one nail technician at Salon Halo. I had an appointment with her at 10:00 a.m. and did not get done until almost 1 p.m. Pedicure was not good, I asked her if she could use the grater to scrub more off but she didn't. She did not trim/cut my nails so they were even or anything, she only used 1 coat of polish when she should have used at least 2. I got a gel pedi, but it already came off because she only did 1coat (only a week and a half later, when it should have lasted up to 4 weeks). Just not what I wanted or hoped for for my Fourth of July toes, and truthfully one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. Then onto mani and SNS. They don't use the SNS brand there and she seals the final coat with gel... maybe that is why it has peels so horribly! I had a picture of something I wanted her to do for the Fourth of July on my ring fingers. She said she would try. She did not. She had another client come in about 45 minutes before we were done. She was rushing, and it was awful. It now looks horrible. It is peeling and cracked everywhere after a week and a half! The powder should last up to 3-4 weeks. This started looking gross after 1. It was over $100 to have it done, and it's only worth that if it lasts. I will never go back there for nails. It got a second star because the owner is very nice, it smelled great in the salonand the girl who cut my hair was awesome and the price (for my haircut) was super reasonable.
