We bought a brand new 2017 Road Glide on Father's Day. Road the bike 40 miles maybe to find it was leaking oil. Called the dealer explained what was going on they said bring it in that Monday, well that's all well and good when your not working 10+ hrs a day. When we did have time to get it in they said it would be a week before they could look at this brand new bike they sold us. Then we found out that they titled our bike in the state of Ohio instead of our home state of Wyoming. So now we have to have a vin inspection done and have to wait until I go home to Wyoming in September before we can get plates for our bike and the dealer tag is expired and we can't even ride the bike. Then they play the I didn't know and it's not my fault. So sorry but not our fault. Now they are saying we have to go to Ohio Bureau of motor vehicle and pay for a temp tag if they will give us one. Worse customer service throughout the whole dealership after buying from them.
