They'll tell you you're their favorite wedding to your face, then later in the evening when it's all over the owner and her daughter will bad mouth and make fun of you over a glass of wine, and the staff will join in. They don't really care about you, you're only a paycheck to them. I've known them personally for years, they'll never change. There are plenty of other venues that truly do care about you, so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Additionally, they will whine about 1 star reviews, and interestingly, only approve 3 star or above reviews to be posted to their website. I've heard how they make fun of patrons behind their backs. They're horrible people who lack even the slightest amount of empathy. The customers are people, not commodities, so should be treated better than that.
