Constantly getting the wrong parts sent out. Have only been in store twice. Both times have dealt with the older man with long hair that likes to make it known that he “knows everything.” 2004 Ford Focus. I was sold the wrong gas cap. He said there was only a couple models that took the right kind so that wasn’t that big of a deal. The second time however, I came in to get a license plate light. Told him the number of the light, that I checked in the book. He laughed loudly and said a different number, stating very sarcastically “Do you realize how many parts ive sold for a Ford Focus before? Quite a few.” before I stated that I could be wrong. He then told me they were sold out of whatever number he rudely claimed it to be. I went across the street, they looked up my car on the computer and came up with the same number that I did. He is not only cocky, but I feel like he’s only rude because I’m a young female. Will not be back, and my father will no longer order parts through them.
