Dr. Hart is the best! Literally he's the only doctor or dentist that i have ever gone to that actually gets you you in and out at the scheduled time, every time. His staff is also awesome! I see he has 7 reviews on here, all that give him 5's. So how is Google averaging this out to a 4.8?
