Tim Hortons

Spent over 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 7 cars in front of me. They are always slow at this location. Gone way down hill in the past year. When I finally got the speaker, I sat there for at least a minute before they told me they would be with me shortly. This is very unacceptable. Crew needs to get it together!
