Terrible communication and service. I called ahead and they said they had my replacement tire. I was in a big rush and needed to get out of town ASAP. When I arrived there an hour later they said sorry but the tire was part of a set and they didn't have one for me. It cost me an hour plus they didn't seem to care about their mistake. Their competitor Discount Tire right around the corner took care of me with exemplary service.

Great people to deal with! I needed a new set of tires on my car and was given straight up advice with no upsell unlike a competitor down the street who had cheaper prices but wanted to nickel and dime me for everything else! The wait was not bad for a complete set of new Cooper tires and they fixed me up with a manufacturer discount plus a discount through my employer which made this a killer deal. Everyone is super friendly and they let you know what's happening if things are taking a while. Don't go anywhere else for tires.
