We have called this company to inform them the propane tank they placed on a residential property adjacent to my propery is not in compliance with zoning regulations. Local zoning has sent the home owner 2 notices for non-compliance. Additionally, 4 feet of the tank sits on our property. The recent survey boundaries clearly show the issues. This company refuses to take some ownership of the problem. Their name and phone number is on the tank..it is their tank and they need to be more assertive with the home owner.
