Save yourself a headache and find a different storage solution. This is possibly the worst business i have ever dealt with. I paid for 24hr access paid on time ever month and was locked out atleast 2 times a month that was always blamed on the computer system. My storage unit was blocked by mounds of snows, on 2 different occasions I went to the office the wonderful manager offered me a shovel. The finally straw was trying to get into my storage unit a 3:30 am to store a trailer full if equipment after being on the road for 18hrs and driving past my home in Cleveland to find I was locked out AGAIN! I moved to Security Self Storage in Willioghby and have not had a single problem.
