Ordered a 17' truck. Worker came 20 minutes late to open shop. Only one person was working and was on the phone while he was "helping" me. Finally got the keys to the car (never received the blankets I ordered). Got a flat tire while trying to exit parking lot. Worker told me to come inside to figure it out. Made me wait in line (the line took 50/60 minutes for 4 customers). Paying for the insurance I figured I was able to receive a new truck. Nope. When I finally got to the front of the line he told me that I had to contact roadside assistance (which he could have told me before I waited an hour in line). Roadside went to repair tire but said it would be a 75 minute wait. Went to return the keys and get a refund. He denied me a refund and said it was my fault. This was the WORST customer service I've ever had. Waited 3 hours without left with nothing but a $60 check and no truck. Never even got the truck off of the lot. The only helpful person was roadside service (who was blown away that I did not receive a refund). Ended up having to waste $100 more on a Home Depot flatbed truck which I couldn't get everything I needed with. I could have hired movers at $160 and had none of this headache. Avoid this location at all costs.
