Had a window installed in September '16, and once completed they told me they would charge the debit card they had on file (i had another job completed a week or so earlier). They never charged the card, never sent an invoice, nothing. They called 8 months later saying I never paid for the job, they "missed over" the invoice months ago, and if I don't fork the $ over they will contact the credit bureau. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend
