Nasty! I paid to have a letter delivered to 1301 E 9th St, Ste 500, Cleveland, OH. Our attorneys office mind you and they have been there for years. The letter comes back. UPS Berea says the address does not exist. I show him the address on the letter head, show him the address on googlemaps. It exists! UPS is to lazy to walk it up. Now I ask for my money back and they refuse and say they cannot deliver it. So give me my money back! Who can't deliver to an attorney's office. Wasted money!
