I had the most wonderful experience dealing with your personal banker , Rula. Even when she had to call someone in another department to try and help me, she continuously asked them how the options they were offering me, would affect me (in regards to my concerns about my credit, ect). I really loved the fact that she pushed for the "Best options for me". She was the only "Personal Banker" there at the time - and I know that she had someone else waiting behind me, but I did not feel rushed. Rula took her time with me, explained things, and answered my questions as if I were the only customer in the building! I am very happy with the services that I received there from Alicia, Rula - and EVEN the district manager! Thanks guys!
