Was very impressed with the service I received from Robert today!! Walked in with a prepaid sim card and network availability issue and after showing him my current receipt for monthly service he did a few "magical" moves and a hard reset my phone and service is good as new. I was very impressed with the high level of customer service Robert provided to me compared to the level of service I've received as a prepaid customer at Verizon stores in the Mansfield area. I am so happy that we have a Verizon store available here in our small town and would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a phone or service with Verizon or someone who is having issues with their Verizon service or phone.
