Verizon Authorized Retailer – GoWireless

Oak Harbor Verizon did what Fremont refused to do. Fremont Ohio Verizon store is terrible. Long waits while multiple employees stand around. This is not the first time this has happened here either. Went in several months ago. Employee explained phone problems were not their problem. It was because I was stupid. Manager told him to check why my bill was so high. He refused. I left mad. Both times. Did talk to manager both times with no help. Went to Oak Harbor Verizon. I was being overcharged $45 a month! MIKE in Oak Harbor fixed it!
