Villa Toscano

I made reservation a week in advance to be sat in a booth in the bar area, the much nicer area of the restaurant. We had to wait 30 minutes after our reservation time to even remotely be helped. Then, they told us they wouldn’t sit us in the bar area and would sit us in the “dining” room which is as bright as a Home Depot. Very rude staff as we even saw the manager being rude to other guests. They continued to deter customers away and not allow people to sit in the bar area. We ultimately decided to leave the restaurant before we were even sat due to how rude, unprofessional and unorganized they were. They also have another restaurant in aurora, cafe tascano, that used to be top notch. The last time I went, there were fruit flies everywhere and had extremely terrible service. we used to be highly recurring customers here too! (At least once a month or every other) and now we refuse to go. We thought we would give them one more shot, but they obviously don’t have it together at all. We never recommend anyone to go!
