Terrible service department, avoid at all costs. I took my 2013 F150 in for a routine service (coolant flush, trans flush, spark plugs, etc) and two days later I end up in limp mode with absolutely no power. Called them about the issue (considering I NEVER had an issue with this truck before I took it here) and they told me tough luck. Out of curiosity I popped the hood and checked if they actually changed the spark plugs, they did, but all locking tabs on the drivers side coils are missing. Don't waste your time or money here, find a better dealer who actually cares and does quality work.
