Rude Employees - Tried to schedule an exam for contact lenses via phone, only to find out that my insurance no longer covers the exam. Understandably, I then decided I didn't want to continue with my appointment and wanted instead to look for another doctor's office for which the appointment would be fully covered. At that point, the employee I was scheduling my appointment with suddenly became rude, as if I was wasting her precious time, and then hung up on me. Nice.
