Have been here 1.5 years and I can clearly see the negligence from the current management company. Well known pipe flooding issues, false fire alarms. Rent strike is going on right now and DO NOT LIVE HERE

I am a current resident and soon to be former resident. Do not live here. We have been inconvenienced by multiple fire alarms going off due to a poor water system freezing and bursting in people's apartments ruining all of their belongings. In return these poor tenants just get another unit with no help moving. We all are fearful it will happen to us next. This also happened in the fitness center 2 weeks ago- its closed for probably another month or two.
