I visit Wendy's 3-4 times a week for lunch and depending on the cashier i can substitute a bake potatoe for fries on the $4 meal and a $1 upgrade is charged, which I'm fine with. When the cashier puts the order in it automatically appears on the screen like it is in the system. Is this upgrade for a dollar surcharge available or not?
