Old lady at the front desk is extremely RUDE and unprofessional. Checked in 30 min before my p.u., now 3 hours has passed and still not loaded. If you are late even 15 min, they will make you wait hours to work you in, pretty much all day. Once you get a dock, you must come back inside the office and sit for hours!!!!! Good luck.
