Applied for a home-related loan here recently. There is no way to do so online, even though we were told to do it online, so we had to give them information over the phone. Literally every single piece of information on the loan was somehow incorrect, though it was made clear during the discussion. Phone number was wrong, employment information was wrong. How is that possible? So then, the appraiser took over a week to schedule the appointment, even though we were told no more than three days, because our phone number was incorrect. The appraisal took a week for us to receive once it was done, and we had to call to get it. There was no follow-up whatsoever by the lending officer handling our case, and she was incredibly hard to get in touch with. Wright-Patt Credit Union showed that they don't care about their customers in the way they handled our loan application. Despite being approved, we will absolutely not be doing any business here in the future. Just an awful, awful experience.
