Like others have stated, this store has the worst customer service ever. We found the mini-skirt my wife bought to be defective after washing it. She hasn't worn it at this point after trying it at the store. When we brought it to the store to exchange or return it, they asked us how we washed it. We told them exactly what we did, cold machine wash and then hang dry. The store manager told us that we needed to iron it as well, so she went ahead and did it for us. It did appear to be a little bit better, but the next day the inside skirt portion was longer than the outside part again. After we went back to the store for the third time, they repeatedly questioned us again about how we washed it. This is not the first time we've purchased clothing from Zara and my wife did not even wear it after washing it, and it felt like they treated us like liars and would not offer any solutions to this issue. Instead, they just gave us the number to their customer service department. So we contacted Zara's customer service and submitted everything necessary to get a claim started. I was quoted a return time of 2-3 business days, but a week later someone finally contacted me, just to state that the product was not defective and there was nothing they could do. Huge waste of time, and it seems Zara treats their customers like liars. Stay far, far away.
