I'm not good with cars and they always explain everything in a way I can understand. I've been going the for about a year now with everything under the sun. Sometimes they'll see me several times in the same week and they are always just as helpful as they were the first time. I've never had a bad experience. All of the guys are absolutely fantastic.
My regular tire guy is no longer available, so I'm looking around for someone new. Ziegler was on my radar. This week, I took my buddy to Ziegler to pick up his car. They charged him 80% above the quoted price for two new tires. While they did put a better grade of tires on, that wasn't what he asked for. Maybe it was an honest mistake ... or maybe not. The representative for Ziegler offered no solution or discount, nor did he seem apologetic. It left a really bad first impression -- Ziegler won't be getting my business.
