This used to be one of my favorite stores. I recently went in to purchase some socks with my sister and we were not only chased but threatened by an employee. I asked his name it was either Ian or Ethan, he had short dark hair and honestly one of the worst attitudes from a retail associate I’ve seen. After he chased us out of the mall he proceeded to threaten my entire family who were not even at the mall, they were just picking us up. Not only was his behavior unprofessional but it embarrassed me to have an employee act this way toward my family when I’ve always loved Kenwood Mall and Zumiez. I’m extremely disappointed and I don’t see myself coming back to this location, I have shared my experience with many people, some of which have also had similar issues with this asscioate. One of my friends told me he chased them and actually physically called and pushed them. I am appalled at this disrescpeful and barbaric treatment and hope something is done to protect loyal customers from further mistreatment.
